Ruma

Ruma Village, located in the Dhaulagiri region of western Nepal, is an entirely unexplored destination. Our good friend Suresh, who lives in Pokhara, was born in this village, and in April 2023 he organized a first of its kind festival named ‘Music For Education.’ All the profits generated from the festival are directly contributed to the village’s school. Apart from the festival, Ruma offers a unique and stunning setting to discover. Being welcomed by the locals, experiencing their untouched culture, and enjoying the serene surroundings with a view of the sacred Dhaulagiri mountain is an incredibly humbling experience.
